The Workers’ Compensation Medical Bill Processing (WCMBP) Call Center will be closed on Thursday November 28, 2024, and Friday November 29, 2024, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Please use the self-service functions offered via the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) or the WCMBP Web Portal. The Call Center will reopen on Monday December 2, 2024.
