Call Us (Interactive Voice Response)

During peak call volume times, callers may experience longer wait times if choosing to speak directly to a Customer Services Representative. For a faster response, our Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) or our OWCP Medical Bill Process web portal provide the same detailed, up to date information. Both systems are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year (except during times of scheduled maintenance).

If you need to speak with a representative, they are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) 

To expedite your call with the IVR / Contact Center, please have the following information available:
•    OWCP Provider ID Number OR Provider Tax ID Number
•    Provider / Facility Name (as listed in the WCMBP system)
•    Provider / Facility Address (as listed in the WCMBP system)
•    Claimant Case Number (Note:  social security number will not suffice)
